• Can the lights change color?
  • YES! Each individual LED can be set to a different color
• How many color options are there?
  • Our app allows you to achieve more than 16 Million color hues.
• Are the lights programmable?
  • YES! Our app comes with preset programs and you can also create your own patterns with 10 different movement settings.
• How long do the lights last?
  • Our lights last in excess of 50,000 hours. Equivalent of 22 years of nightly 12 hour awesomeness!
• How long can I run the lights?
  • Our lights can run 24/7, so keep them shining!
• What happens when the lights burn out?
  • They start to degrade, however each 3 diode light runs on an independent light engine that can be replaced. 
• Do the lights require maintenance?
  • NO! Our lights are properly installed and should be fully functional for many years.
• Can I start with a smaller section and add lights in later?
  • YES! Our lighting system is modular  and can be added too at any time.
• What happens if the lights get wet?
  • Our lighting system is IP68-rated, meaning they can be fully submersed in water or even frozen in water and still work.

• How many colors of channel do you offer?
  • Just about any color that exist. We match to the exterior of your Home or Business.
• Can I paint the channel?
  • YES! We do recommend that you cover the Channel lens with tape before painting
• Does the app work on all smartphones and/or tablets?
  • Currently, our app works on Apple handheld devices and Android devices only. The app is available in the Apple App or Google Play Stores. The app requires iOS 5.0 or later for iPhone devices.
• Do you issue software updates for the app?
  • YES! We do constantly update and upgrade our app as well as the controller. If your controller is connected to your personal WiFi, we can update it to the newest and most upgraded software available.
• How do you communicate to the controller from your phone?
  • Our controller has two methods of communicating with app on your iPhone or Android device.
    • Our controller produces its very own WiFi network that you can connect your smart device to, our ‘Default mode’.
    • The second, and preferred method, would be to connect our controller to your secure, personal WiFi network. As long as your device is connected to the same network as the controller, you will be able to control your lighting system.
• Are these lights high voltage?
  • NO! Our lights run on the highest low voltage system available on the market at 48 volts translating to 3X’s the power and brightness of a typical standard 12 volt system.
• Where are the controller and power supplies installed?
  • The controller and any additional power supplies are installed indoors, typically on a wall in your garage safe from the elements. They plug into an outlet. One controller can power up to 300 ft depending on the wiring. From there, we run low voltage wire from your garage to the soffit of the first section of roofing.
• How much electricity does the system use?
  • The cotroller pulls about 1.1 amps of electricity per 100 feet.

• Can your lighting system be installed on various soffit & fascia materials?
  • YES!  We install on both wood, vinyl and aluminum trim. 
• How is the lighting system installed?
  • Using several different installation techniques best suited for your home or business. Our most common practice utilizes a slim narrow sized aluminum color matched with painted track with our proprietary saddle mounting clip securely fastening to the trim of your home or business.
• How do you work with rain gutters?

  • Our Lighting System does not connect into the rain gutters. Our track is a stand alone from the gutters.

  • In the rare instance that an oversized gutter extends below the fascia and/or soffit, we may offer a rain gutter attachment solution.
• Do you have to have a soffit or fascia in order to install?
  • NO! We have multiple types of track that can fit most scenarios. 
• How low does the tack hang?
  • We work with the depth of your fascia and/or soffit to custom fit our lighting system in order for it to have a low profile and blend into your home or business.
• How long does installation take?
  • This depends on the size of your home or business, however most installs are completed within a day. 
  • Some installations can take longer due to the length of the system being installed and the weather conditions.

We offer a best in class warranty with a Lifetime Warranty on Installation and bulb replacement if a LED fails to illuminate.
